Manufacturer Part Number: 200ULH The 200ULH is a complete dual-channel wireless system that consists of the 200UPR receiver and one each 10HT handheld transmitter and 10BT bodypack transmitter.
The new 200UPR receiver allows the use of two wireless transmitters at the same time. It features twin-antennas, a 3.5mm -64dbB 2-channel mic level output jack, two recessed On/Off switches, two Power On/ Signal Received LED and 2 sets of channel selectors to set the desired frequency for each receiver. Using crystal-control and PLL synthesis the 200UPR operates for better than 8 hours on 6 "AA" batteries. The receiver comes with a "hot-shoe" mount, a 2-channel 3.5mm to 3.5mm output cable and a 2-channel 3.5mm to twin XLR cable.
Included is one 10HT UHF handheld microphone which is designed to work seamlessly with the on-camera 200UPR receiver. The new mic features Azden's special surface coating to reduce handling noise. Using an electret-condenser unidirectional element, the 10HT is designed with low-noise PLL circuitry to allow the user to select any one of 63 UHF channels to assure interference free reception in the 794-806MHz range.
The new microphone uses two commonly available alkaline AA batteries to operate for better than 8 hours.
Also included is the10BT body-pack transmitter supplied with the Azden EX-503 omni-directional lapel microphone and a metal belt-clip. In addition to the 3.5mm mic input jack the transmitter has a Power On switch with an associated LED a separate Standby switch for audio muting and a set of channel selector switches. The 10BT runs better than 8 hours on a single 9V battery. High-Quality 188-Channel UHF Mic Systems from Azden The Azden product line contains a full spectrum of on camera UHF mic systems. The biggest technological difference between these and the less expensive VHF systems is in the way various radio signals travel. VHF signals tend to travel in a straight line, and when they encounter obstacles like chairs and tables, and even people, they bounce , or reflect, off these objects. The result can be noise (hissing sound), or drop out. The drop out is caused by the original signal and the reflected signal in effect canceling each other out for an instant. Either of these factors can adversely affect your soundtrack. On the other hand, UHF signals tend to travel either through or around these same objects, so there are no reflections, and noise and dropouts are virtually eliminated. This is the biggest advantage that UHF has over VHF. Add this to the to the fact that these systems come with 188 field adjustable channels, and the potential for interference is virtually eliminated. Features ?
